Setting Up the Outlook Add-In

On a new install of DejaOffice PC CRM, the Outlook Add-in will be enabled be default. Simply install the DejaOffice PC CRM and the Add-in will appear in Outlook as it's own panel.

The Add-In panel sits on the right side of your Outlook Email and Contact screens. As each email is selected, it shows the matching contact info in your database.

Using the Outlook Add-In

To create a new Contact from an Email - Click the "New Contact" button and enter the contact information.

To create an Event, Task, Memo or History from an Email - Drag and Drop the Email to the appropriate button in the DejaOffice Panel.

To create an Follow Up Event, Task, or Memo - Click on the Icon in the Follow Up bar.

To quickly open your Calendar, Task list or History - Click on the button in the add-in panel.

No Exchange Sync
